CITY GAOL & RADIO MUSEUM EXPERIENCE
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES
Both the Cork City Gaol Visit, and visits to The Radio
Museum Experience, provide valuable sources for projects with emphasis
on history & culture, 19th Century crime, punishment &
social history, architecture, early broadcasting & media studies.
Currently we have Teacher Project Sheets for both primary and second level students. In addition, we have some information sheets on subjects such as marketing and interpretation.
The Gaol can occasionally, and with prior arrangement, be used by students of art, music and drama .
